- Analyse the customer’s financial data to determine the most suitable loan options.
- Develop a tailored strategy that aligns with the customer’s financial goals and long-term plans.

Presentation and Recommendation
- Present the findings from your research to the customer in a clear and understandable manner.
- Offer a detailed recommendation of mortgage products, explaining the pros and cons of each option.
- Discuss the potential financial implications and benefits of the recommended products, addressing any questions or concerns the customer might have.
STEP 4
Pre-Qualification and Documentation Gathering
- Pre-qualify the customer based on the information provided and the chosen strategy.
- Request necessary documentation such as pay stubs, tax returns, bank statements, and identification documents.
- Guide the customer through the process of gathering and submitting required paperwork, offering assistance and clarification as needed.
STEP 5
Loan Application and Processing
- Assist the customer in completing the loan application accurately and thoroughly.
- Submit the application to the chosen lender and manage communication between the customer and the lender.
- Proactively monitor the progress of the application, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers such as appraisers and title companies to ensure a smooth process.

Underwriting and Approval
- Facilitate communication between the underwriter and the customer, providing any additional documentation or explanations required.
- Keep the customer informed about the status of their application and any conditions attached to the approval.
- Address any concerns or questions the customer may have regarding the underwriting process.
STEP 7
Closing and Follow-Up
- Coordinate the closing process, ensuring all necessary parties are informed and prepared.
- Review the final loan documents with the customer, answering any questions and ensuring accuracy.
- Follow up with the customer after closing to ensure their satisfaction and address any remaining concerns.
- Provide guidance on post-closing matters such as mortgage payments, escrow accounts, and potential future refinancing options.
